All services provided by Contemporary Fiduciary Services are billed on an hourly basis. No fees are based on the assets being managed and, unlike many corporate fiduciaries, no minimum asset value is required.

If Contemporary Fiduciary Services is appointed as successor trustee, there is no charge to the client until services are actually provided.

Contemporary Fiduciary Services works closely with its clients and their advisors, including attorneys, financial advisors, insurance agents, accountants, and other professionals to preserve and protect our clients’ assets, carry out the planning goals of our clients, and ensure that the needs of the beneficiaries of the trust or estate for which we are serving are met. Contemporary Fiduciary Services understands the importance of getting to know the beneficiaries, identifying their needs, and providing for those beneficiaries in accordance with the planning documents, while preserving and protecting trust and estate assets.
